It’s almost May! I updated this activity to be used for the end of the 2013-2014 school year. I changed the font on the front cover and I also added a blackline picture of a school that you can use and have students color if you’d like. Click on the picture for the link to the *free* item in my Teachers pay Teachers store!
I made this little activity for students to reflect on what they learned this school year. I wanted to create an end of the year activity that had a little substance and required students to reflect on the highlights of what they learned throughout the year! Also, I wanted to it be fun. The first page of the document shows an example of the activity. On the second page, students fill in what grade they are in and write their name on the line. Then they can cut out both boxes and glue them on a file folder. On the next five pages, students can fill in something they learned in Reading, Math, Writing and about Making Friends and Attitude! There is space where students can draw a picture as well. Then have students put the sheets in their “file” and you can staple them if you’d like. (Target has really cute file folders in the One Spot!)
Enjoy! If you like this, please rate me, or follow me!
Thank you!!!
